The Rugrats Movie: Action Pack is one of the Hot Wheels Action Packs in the 1998 film The Rugrats Movie. It includes the Reptar Wagon and two little figures of Tommy Pickles and Chuckie Finster. The Chuckie Figure connects to the handle on the tail on the back of the Reptar Wagon as to represent Chuckie being dragged in the air by the Reptar Wagon. The Tommy Figure just stands on it’s own, while the Reptar Wagon has Dil inside it at the wheel.
